Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Custom Sneaker Design and Sourcing Service

 

1. Introduction

 

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlines the terms and conditions between Courtisde, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider," and the customer, hereinafter referred to as the "Client," for the custom sneaker design and sourcing services.

 

2. Service Scope

 

The Service Provider agrees to provide the following services to the Client:

 

- Customization of sneakers according to the Client's specifications.

- Sourcing and procurement of specific shoe models for customization as requested by the Client, if required.

 

3. Customization Process

 

- The Client will provide detailed specifications for the custom sneaker design, including color, pattern, and any additional customization requirements.

- The Service Provider will provide a design mockup for approval before proceeding with customization.

- The Client is allowed multiple rounds of revisions on the design at no additional cost.

 

4. Sourcing Process

 

- The Client will specify the desired shoe model, size, and any other relevant details.

- The Service Provider will provide information on the availability, pricing, and estimated delivery time for the sourced shoes.

- The Client is responsible for confirming the order, and any additional costs incurred (e.g., shipping fees) will be communicated and agreed upon before finalizing the purchase.

 

5. Delivery and Timelines

 

- Customized sneakers will be delivered within 3-6 weeks from the date of design approval, unless stated otherwise.

 

6. Quality Assurance

 

- The Service Provider guarantees the quality of materials used in customization and ensures that sourced shoes are strictly authentic.

- In the event of defects or issues with the delivered products, the Client is entitled to a repair or replacement as per the Service Provider's discretion.

 

7. Pricing and Payment

 

- The pricing for customization and sourcing services will be communicated to the Client before initiating the project.

- Sourcing fees must be paid in full before the order for sourced shoes is placed.

- Customization fees can be paid in full before the start of the customization process, or with an advance amount which is agreed beforehand.


 

8. Communication

 

- The Service Provider will maintain open and timely communication with the Client throughout the customization and sourcing process.

- The Client is encouraged to communicate any changes or concerns promptly.

 

9. Confidentiality

 

- Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential and not disclose any proprietary information to third parties.

 

10. Termination

 

- Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this SLA.

 

11. Governing Law

 

- This SLA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India.

 

By confirming an order, both parties acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this Service Level Agreement.
