Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy

For Made to Order products

As all made-to-order products are unique to cater to the specific requirements given to us by our clients, we cannot offer an exchange or a return / refund on the order.

​

If the product delivered to you is not what you ordered, or has defects, we are happy to assist you in solving that.

For Other Products & Accessories

If you wish to return your product you’d have to ship it to us within 7 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges. 

 

We process refunds in the form of store credit. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

If the product you have ordered is not in our inventory, a refund will be duely initiated to the original source of payment.

Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.
