As all made-to-order products are unique to cater to the specific requirements given to us by our clients, we cannot offer an exchange or a return on the order.

If you wish to return your product you’d have to ship it to us within 7 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges. 

 

We process refunds in the form of store credit. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.
